I was wondering if anyone could help me understand unit32 ks 1.I understand what its asking reguarding equality and diversity but am struggling to relate it to monitoring and promoting health and safety side of thing?

This is about rights to be kept safe under the Health and Safety Act, to be provided with information on health and safety in the appropriate language (including braille) and method e.g. displayed fire drills, leaflets, in the individual's information pack.

It is also about considering cultural differences when carrying out risk assessments, for example and providing for those with disabilities.
