Just saying hi finished my induction now going to work for my assessors award were u all bit nervous to start with and was it a little daunting

Almost everything we take on new is daunting. To be able to commence the Assessor Award you must be occupationally competent in the area you are going to assess - so you are well on your way. The daunting part is the paperwork. Here you should have help from your A1 Assessor and your Care Internal Verifier - a problem shared is a problem halved.

Hi, just wanted to tell you I have just started my A1 as well, I have two candidates and have been out observing with one and got some good witnessing done, finding it a bit worring where to put all the info I have gathered.
