please could someone set me in the right direction. I have been asked to do a reflection account holistic following the performance criteria questions of hsc 328,and 322 together and reflect on my practice. Or make notes and a speech. I just don,t know where to start.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

The performance criteria are not questions - they are what they say - performance that should be seen. A reflective account is writing about what you have done - I'm not quite sure how you would cover both 322 and 328 in one account? I would suggest speaking to your assessor to clarify exactly what they want. I'm not sure of the point of writng notes or a speech?

Hello,
Agree with what DeeDee says, you need to provide evidence of your performance, not answer questions.
I think 328 and 332 are good to do together. You can describe how you assess, identify, meet and review an individual's social . emotional and identity needs while you are putting together their Care Plan. Read both units and you should be able to use one account to cover both units and parts of some core units as well.
