Hello i was wondering if any one can help me with a few questions on my nvq2 hsc223 ks 4 and hsc223 ks 13 and hsc223 ks 2 as i am having a few proplems answering them.

Conflicts which might arise between individual choice, good health, safety and hygiene practices risk assessments and management and the individuals plan of care and how to deal with these. This is hsc223 ks 4 question

The effects which personal beliefs and preferences may have on the individuals for moving and handling. This is hsc223 ks 2 question.

Why it is important to use safe moving techniques, adhere to risk assessments and other information about moving and handling specific individuals and the consequencies for the idividual, yourself and others if you do not. This is hsc223 ks 13 question.

Examples are always good.
e.g. One of the service users did not want to use their zimmer frame. This was an issue because care plan stated that this was to be used. Then write about what you did, where you record the issue and who you report the issue to. Also explain why this would be an issue and what could happen if care plan is not followed.

You will need to write about what could happen to the Service User if you do not use the correct Moving and Handling, What would happen to you if a Service User gets hurt if you use the wrong moving and Handling. Not forgetting the impact of your injury, sick leave, court cases and death.
