a reflective account to cover: A time when you identified and took appropriate action when behaviours and practice disciminates againist indivduals

Have you ever had to sort out a verbal disagreement between a couple of service users? Name calling? pinching? hand guestures? etc.
If so then you can write about the situation explaining what you did.
