UNSAFE PRACTICES SUCH AS POOR STAFF RECRITMENT IN CARE,INSTITUTIONAL ABUSE ,NEGLECT OF DUTY BY CARE STAFF,DISCRIMINATION OF INDIVIDUALS REPORT UNSAFE PRACTICES TO UR LINE MANAGER IF NOTHING IS DONE THE CARE QUALITY COMMISION SHOULD BE INFORMED.THIS IS AN IDEA U CAN DEVELOP IN UR WORK
