Does anyone use the BVS care home training packages??? how useful do you find them?? our home is looking at purchasing a couple and wanted to know people thoughts on them .

We and a number of home owners i know use W&P's packs - They're comprhensive and extremely easy for our staff to use.

we were using BVS but our manager changed to the above mentioned W AND p packs, not sure why, but they seem pretty good.

Never really liked the videos but thats just a personal thing.
