hello can any one help or give me a head start i have been asked to compare ways to establish the communication and language needs wishes and preferences of an individual and im stuck please can some one help :)

Find out from the individual, talk to key people, look at the individual's records, ask colleagues or management etc. Compare how effective each is when you are trying to establish the communication and language needs wishes and preferences of an individual.
