1. You say that you looked at the individual's assessment and care plan and then write what it said about a, b, c & d. For e you looked for and read your safeguarding policy.

2. Explain how you did this.

3. Explain how you did this.

4. Have you, for example, seen any bruises after moving and handling or witnessed a colleague being a bit rough with an individual?

5. Have you dealt with a situation where an individual was angry and animated or abusive? How did you handle it?

6, 7. Did you report it and were your reports stored safely?

I liked the advice. many people think abuse is just someone being deliberately hit. If you do not use appropriate moving and handling as per care plans then this is abuse also as you can physically injure service users by not following the care plan risk assessment for moving and handling. If you witness this and do nothing then you are joining in on the abuse.
