I work in a care home for the elderly & doing my QCF 3.

What things would lead to disciplinary action in a care home? (i know the obvious like)
breach of confidentiality

What steps would be taken under the disciplinary procedure?

Hi michelle14,

Theft, abuse, dangerous practice etc.

Your setting should have a policy and procedure for this.
