challenging discrimation an how this will promote change ive put direct confrontation and know an example to promote change ive also put policy and procedures and reporting discrimation i need two different ways to promote change please help

Model positive behaviour so that others can see non discriminatory practice, explain why discrimination is wrong as well as challenging it as the person might not understand what they did wrong, report any discriminatory policies or procedures so that they can be changed.
