Hi bushy,

Look at the legislation given by steadysue. What do they say about diversity, equality, inclusion and discrimination.

For example under the Human Rights Act service users have the right to respect for private and family life, to peaceful enjoyment of their property, to freedom of thought, conscience and religion, and freedom to express their beliefs etc.

Hope that helps

Hi bushy,

Yes that's right and the service user will suffer because they did't get their rights respected.

Hope that helps

Aunty Sue
