yet again aunty sue i need to write 500-700 words on a reflective account describing 1.how my personel preferences ,attitudes,heritageand beliefs might impact on working practice 2.how to ensure that your own practice is inclusive and respects the beliefs,culture,valuesand preferences of indivduals dont know how to start either one

1 You might prefer working with males and this might affect how you are with female individuals. You might have a relaxed friendly attitude but an individual might prefer you to be more formal. You might not have very strong religious beliefs so can't understand why an individual is so upset about not being able to attend a religious service. That sort of thing.

2 Think of the above and your individual's beliefs, culture, values and preferences. How can you make sure that you include and respect them? Start with how you can find out what they are eg care plans and asking them.
