You will need to work out how to you deal with any problematic relationships, when you have begun to consider your relationships with the people in your team.
There are inevitably people in any team who do not get on with each other.
Many teams socialise together, this is not an essential requirement for a successful team. The loyalty and camaraderie that is built up among good team members can be based purely on their performance at work and does not necessarily have to carry over into their personal lives.
Remember that everyone working at the same time is not the same thing as everyone working together

Hello,
You need to identify who has anything to do with reviewing plans.
What do you do? You complete daily records, highlight concerns?
Manager what do they do, do they assess needs, complete Risk assessments, monitor satisfaction?
Service User what part do they play, are they involved in their own reviews (if not why not!!)
Family
Social Worker
