Yes religion is one area but the list is endless.
Think about how some workers put their all into their work where others see it as just a job or how some agencies and workers see curing an illness as the important focus where others feel that quality of life is what matters.
Or you could give an example such as a physiotherapist who wants to visit at a meal time because it suits her schedule but you feel that the service user's needs come first.
