look at keywords

"ways of working " -what do you do
"inclusive" ways of working that ensure that the person you are supporting does not have barriers to receiving the care they should -for example if the person you support does not have verbal communication you ensure that his preferred method of communicating -British sign lan;maketon facial gestures are used . This is just method of inclusiveness and also ensures that you have the ability to work in a manner that is anti-discrimainatory- you do not exclude the person you support because they do not use the spoken word to communicate.
If you were discriminating against this person and acting in a "non inclusive way" you would make decisions for the person; or do not communicate in a way they can understand.
hope this helps
