Hi, when taking a person centered approach you will be working with your clients, discussing with them what they would like eg with a care plan. you gain your clients trust. they have a caring person who they can talk to. you gain a deeper understanding of your clients preferences, beliefs. you empower your client, upholding their rights and beliefs reducing the risk for abuse.
