Thought i had completed this but seems my answer to task A Qviii
identify 3 examples of barriers to communication and explain how u wod
overcome them
i put
not allowing enough time to listen
a noisy enviroment
lack of privacy
and the appropiate methods to overcome them
but it seems these were not the type of barriers they required
anyone who can point me in right direction i would be most gratfull

Could be
language - use pictures or signs or interpreter. try to learn a few words of their language.
hard of hearing - hearing aids (check working) lip reading (be seated directly in front of individual)
Dementia - quiet environment, calm voice, patience, time, be prepared to repeat, picture cards may be useful if the individual struggles to remember the correct word for things.
