until now i havent finish yet this assignment i am struggling..

I have finished it. I have gone with Southen Cross and how they didn't have enough funding and wanted to close some of the care homes down.

i have been given this assignment and the tutor told me to use the panorama case on castlebeck care home buti am seriously stuck on B-AN OUTLINE OF THE DIFFERENT POINTS ON VIEW REGARDING THEISSUE OR AREA OF PUBLIC CONCERN? anyideas how to answer would be much appreciated Thanks

You just have to explain that the authorities thought nothing was going on as the carers and managers at the home where saying nothing was wrong. but that due to the many complaints they got shouldnt have just taken their word for it but should have done an investigation into the abuse allegations sooner
