They are very similar and could have been clearer but the first one is about recognising and respecting differences and the second one is about including everyone

Q 1 Example - You provide information using a suitable format and method for the different needs of your individuals. This means that no one will be discriminated against.

Q2 Example - When planning an activity you ask each individual for their input and support them so that they will each be heard. This shows that you don't discriminate against anyone.

So if I was to put in one, that my examples are, and exercise class so I would say that in relpy to q1 that the exersises would have to be modified to suit wheelchair residents or all.

and that in sewing class, large needles or a sewing frame to hold the sewing would these be correct.

Yes, in the first one you show everyone that an individual in a wheelchair can join the group with a little modification to the exercises that others are doing. This makes discrimination from others less likely.

In the second one you make a level playing field for all who are attending so all are included and no one is discriminated against.
