Hi i was wondering if anyone can help me with this question

research a theory relating to Identity and self-esteem and how this theory can be applied to your work

i have chosen Piaget, but im struggling to apply this theory to a work setting.

have you looked at the maslow theory, personally speaking, it fits in better but i just quickly googled piaget...thought it was a load of blah so didnt investigate any further lol

Think how your individuals might see themselves through the eyes of others. If they believe that they are seen as helpless, unattractive individuals then that is the way they will begin to see themselves. How could you avoid this?
