Hi debbiew,

MILOZIM was correct about what systems and processes are eg staff development, care assessments and planning, policies and procedures etc.

At level 2 you follow them but at your level you are responsible for their development and for updating them in line with current requirements.

Look at each one and think about how it can promote equality and inclusion or reinforce discrimination and exclusion.

For example risk assessments. Do they include support for individuals to give their input? Are they fair ie are all individuals treated equally regardless of their culture, ability, gender etc?

And so on.

Hope that helps

Aunty Sue
