I feel a bit stupid asking this, but any ideas welcome as to how and where to start.

Hi I signed up for LM5 in Nov 2011 had 2 observations ,my assessor said to start with unit 38 , Manage Domiciliary Services. Have done but it is intense, he has given feedback seems ok just finding it tiresome referring to legislation and cross referencing to criteria all the time , do we have to do this throughout??????

Hi Guys,

Just to help. I've just completed the Adults Management and Residential Management routes. It's best to try and conquer your respective pathway mandatory units first. Also boxclever with the optional units you select. For example. If you choose a unit on change for example, maybe pick another unit such as managing transition. Transition and change go hand in hand and probably will cross reference. Also try and pick optional units that have a similar theme to your mandatory units. This way you can cross reference information and use it for dual purposes.

I signed for Level 5 in H&S, unfortunately somehow the assessor done the units for level 5 in management only. Now i am re doing, i am really stuck..my assessor has tried to sign off some units from my management...Could u help me to start the unit and to give an idea how to write the first unit...UNIT 502: PROMOTE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (SHC52)
