Hi MILOZIM,

It could be unsafe practice of a colleague or unsafe practice of the setting eg an unsafe procedure such as leaving the front door open on a hot day. What must you do?

Hope that helps

Aunty Sue

What about if they fail continually to not use ppe the problem I have this call and it coves everything o do you think that the best way to go about it would be a reflective account and then remember what actions were taken

Hi MILOZIM,

Its about unsafe procedures that that are abusive or that leave individuals open to abuse.

You can just explain what a social care worker must do or write a reflective account to explain what they must do.

Hope that helps

A social care worker has a duty to report any unsafe practice that they have become aware of to their manager so corrective strategies can be implemented as soon as possible to protect individuals from harm or injury. is this enough to get 5 marks??
