Hello

I'm stuck on these last two q's. Can anyone please help me?...

"Explain the importance of inclusive practice in promoting equality & supporting diversity"
"Explain how to support others to promote diversity, equality & inclusion"

I'm brain dead and don't know how to start. Can anyone please start me off?
