hi
think of ethnicity- maybe they are muslim and need special dietery needs; their beliefs may differ from yours for example they may beleive that religion is a waste of time and you being a Christian may/may not find this offensive- but it is their belief and they are entitled to it. Cultural differences vary so you must take into account their needs wishes and preferences. Remember put yourself in their shoes how would you want to be treated??????

Inclusive practice is when you demonstarte through evidence that you have carried out the above and where possible you have met fully the needs and wants of the person you support
I enabled................... ,watch out for loaded language like I allowed..................
hope this helps
