First decide on either:

A local strategy- An example in my area would be Gloucestershire Drug and Alcohol services (GDAS)

A national strategy- For example- MIND, RETHINK, DOH

Or an international strategy- Basicneeds, Mental Health foundation

Research your chosen project- shouldn't take too long.

What you want to find out is the key aspects (ideas) they are using to help those with mental health illnesses. i.e GDAS might use teaching and awareness of drugs and alcohol in schools as a method of prevention or with users as a potential deterrent.

you know I cant seem to get my head around 2.3 because reading the strategy it doesnt mention what the strategy is for individual but only for groups.

How would you then evaluate the local, national or international strategy? It seems like I'd be almost writing the same thing, or do I try to find out how effective these methods are at promoting mental wellbeing?
