A2 feeds quite well in RM1, F3,F6, O3, C10, C13
Evidence you could use are the following:
Product evidence: Support plan, Risk assessment, Training Plan, Quality Assurance audit, STatement of purpose , Assessement of need,A proposal you implemented such as for lone working, removal of sleep ins,
Your evidence also needs to make sure it covers the range.
For knowledge evidence professional discussion and observation will help, as will any training on customer care. SOme of your product evidence i would imagine would also cover the knowledge evidence.
A brief overiew of how your job covers this unit will also be of benefit maybe. Depends really on whom you are doing the NVQ with.
For A2.2 product evience you can use include: Risk assessment, COSHH risk assessment, Purchasing of personal protective equipment, Drawing up of a local health and safety policy and procedure, Incident forms you have filled out, a health and safety proposal you have devised and implemented, Health and safety report.
Witness testimony from a collegaue on how you inducted staff with h & S or the above.
Range again is important as often gets overlooked.

For A2.3
Prodouct evidence: Quality assurance report, training and development plan, standard 26 of care standards inspection report or management audit. Care standards inspection report.
