Eating disorders information would be a good place to start. Other area's are pre-mature babies, coma patients and people with swallowing disorders.
You should be able to find plenty of info within google search.

Hi, are you sure this is the correct unit for yourself to be doing as units should relate to your job role? Also, these areas should of been covered in your training, etc.
Some suggestions are in above posts (incl links to websites) & you could try a google search.

Hi milly2203 unfortunately this unit is related to my job role:-/ some people has been also surprised when I've asked them for help because apparently extended feeding is more level 3 than 2 but because i'm doing diploma level 2 as well that's the reason why some of the units are more extended..
I also tried to find something in links that you've sent me but without any luck it's difficult to find something in google search as those questions are very specified..so i need someone who can really help me with this bloody questions

Hi, info here

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_gastrointestinal_tract

http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/treatments/healthy_living/nutrition/healthy_water.shtml

http://www.nutrition.org.uk/healthyliving/healthyeating/a-healthy-varied-diet

Link below gives info about PEG feeding, including conditions when this type of feeding may be necessary (same as link in post number 3!)

http://www.patient.co.uk/doctor/PEG-Feeding-Tubes-Indications-and-Management.htm

Includes complications

http://www.patient.co.uk/doctor/Enteral-Feeding.htm

With a combination of info above & your own experiences, training, info (incl other searches) you should be able to cover everything
