Hello,
Where, or to who would you go if something happened that you didn't feel able to deal with?

hi could anyone help me with reflective account essays please on the following topics
1. about how you have communicated with individuals in a manner suitable to them
2. about how you engage in personal development
3. about how you have interacted with individuals in a way which respects their beliefs, culture, values and preferences
4. about how you work with your clients
5. about how you maintain health and safety in your workplace
6. about how you use agreed ways of working when handling information in your workplace.

Hello,
Is there any reason why you are doing separate accounts. Why not do one account about a typical shift. You could cover all the points listed by describing how when you get to work you sign or clock in, attend handover, how you support your clients including how you find out about their needs, how you communicate with them, when you use p.p.e., how you promote independence, help clients maintain self esteem, when and how you access and update records. When you have completed account you can describe how some particular training has helped you, give a real example.
Make sure your account is about what you do, so write it as 'I did this, I put on gloves, I knocked on door' and so on. If you say why you are doing something like 'I put on gloves because .... then you will cover even more.
