Good evening All.

Ive just started my TAQA assessor award in hsc. Ive been given a set of questions of quality assurance and standardisation. Im struggling on 6.2, 6.3, 7.1, 8.1.
I decided to log in, for ideas and guidence, and what concerns me is that the amount of training assessors being just given questions and told to go away and answer them, (I.e including myself it that).
probably like all the others, i have surfed around the internet to no joy, or understanding of just what i am doing.
I have explained to my assessor that i do not understand the questions, and was told, that i should be doing this already.

Is this the way we really should be taught???

I am now feeling very disheartened and feel ive just wasted £700.

Hello,
I'm not familiar with TAQA, did A1 but guess principle is the same.
You have paid good money for support and a service you are not receiving, what you are getting is not good enough. Take your concerns to training provider.
I know you need to find things out for yourself but you still need clear guidance and a proper, understandable plan. You should have had Appeals procedure explained to you at your Induction, now's the time to use it! Don't put up with this rubbish.
