Hi murich,

If this is 'when' - when you have identified a problem that you cannot deal with.

If this is 'how' - think about policies and procedures, access to training, management, trained colleagues, care plans, research eg HSE website etc.

Hope that helps

Hi murich,

Think about what contributes to an individual's wellbeing - good food and diet, healthy environment (fresh air, clean etc), comfortable environment (temperature, light), supportive staff who have time to listen, areas for privacy, feeling safe, social opportunities.......... and so on.

Hope that helps

Hi murich,

Model good practice eg show respect, suggest training for staff, put up posters, provide leaflets, arrange events/activities for cultural diversity eg celebrate religious festivals etc.

Hope that helps
