Hey guys!!

Im just looking for a little bit of help!

Im doing the NVQ 2 butas an apprenticeship so it may be different to what anyone else here is doing but its worth a shot asking lol

I have a question and im really stuck and cant find anything about it in the book im using.

The question is :

Understand person centred approach
- Define person centred values
- Explain why it is important to work in a way that embeds person centred values
- Explain why risk-taking can be part of a person centred approach
- Explain how using a individuals can plan contributes to working in a person centred way.

Ok its a big question i know! If anyone could just put in words what a person centred approach is for me i would be extremeley greatful!!
