I would like to add the following which should help further...examples you can play with
1 an individual being treated less favourably over others due to a disability.
2 an individual being treated less favourably due to their association with someone with a protected characteristic
3 Religious discrimination - treating an individual differently on the basis of belief
You should be able to create some scenarios around the above. With regards to promoting equality and inclusion, I believe there is no 'fixed' rule....so many ways to promote equality and inclusion which could apply to all.....posters, awareness campaigns, legislation/code of practice....even a team building exercise.....disciplinary, this ensures people are aware of the consequences of their behaviour....you may find better examples......
but good luck again
