Hello all,

I've written so much lately i think i've hit a wall.

I just wanted to check I am on the right track. Am I right in thinking that this unit is aiming a leisure/recreational needs of a service user? or does it mean ALL activities such as personal care?

many thanks

The unit may indicate, by questions, as to what it specifically relates to. I would believe it would be the activities of the service user:

- Identify the resident's leisure/recreation needs
- Identify barriers to leisure pursuit and help minimize these barriers
- Identify the resident's leisure/recreation potential
- Provide the necessary steps to assist the resident to achieve their leisure/recreation goal/s
- Provide interdisciplinary support by entering a variety of recreation interventions on various (non-activity) care plans
- Monitor and evaluate residents response to care plan interventions

Understand working relationship in health social care
1. explain how a working relationship is different from a personal relationship
2. describe different working relationships in health and social care settings.

a working relationship is one you have with proffesionals such as doctors nurses ect a personal relationship is one with friends .. partners ect and you conversation would be different ... you wouldn't talk about what you did last night to the doctor..... different working relationships in health and social care is everyone you involved with ie colleagues doctors family ect..
