hi there, can anyone tell me the meaning of dignity please ? x

Hello,
Dictionary definition says to treat someone with honour. You need to say how that relates to what you do in workplace, what do you do to maintain their dignity? Respect choice, privacy and so on.

Hi. means to give someone their basic entitlements that are their human right , and that of every human.
giving respect, privacy - ie, attempting to give them their privacy when using toilet/dressing etc. and keeping themselves 'dignified' - helping them dress if need help to keep their privacy etc.
