can anyone give me some tips, i am stuck on how to word answer for 1.2 critically review approaches to person-centred practice

I discussed the four main approaches to person- centred practice
1Pathway planning
2 Maps planning
3 Essential life planning
4 personal future planning
There is information on this in the level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care by Tina Tilmouth and jan Quallington.
