Hi, I've just started my Level 5 and im struggling!! Im just wondering how to write it down so that it makes sense- Explain models of practice that underpin equality,diversity and inclusion in your own area of responsibility.

What is the area you work in? There will be policies from the company to guide you with this, also look at skills for care website it has lots of resources for managers.

Hi Katrina, Im a care superviser in a residential home for the elderly. Thanks for the tips. Im goint to download our policies and procedure book so i have to hand always, as i think i will need a lot throughout the course! Thank you again

Also don't forget there is a lot of knowledge support written at the front of the unit for all mandatory units - at least there is on the Edexcel published units
