I am a senior in a care home ,and I shoud imagine the scenarios will be about cliet care ie what would you do if a client had an accident .you would give firt aid if they had a minor injury or ring a paramedic if the injury is serious.Record and report in the relevent documents ie accident book ,clients careplan, reportbook.Another scenario you notice a change in a clients health ,you would record and report your concerns to your manager record in their care plan.Another scenario a member of staff has reported to you that a client has become incontinent .you would make sure the client has some incontience pads ,report this and record in their daily care plan .Hope this helps I could go on forever Good luck with.your interview im sure you know all this already it is all about recording and reporting any concerns you have about the clients you care for .
