Hi peeps
I work for private residential home.
I have been told that it is not a legal requirement to have level 5 to be a manager.
That cqc want to know you can actually do the job not necessary to have nvq?

I had to prove I was registered on the course before they would even accept me for my CQC interview and they looked at my paperwork for proof

Of course it would be more prestigious to rent a room than to work in a private house.
