Hi everyone, i just started doing health and social care level3, my work has been return to me already twice because of the references, i still do not understand what's wrong, they say i must not copy from the resource i use, how can i do it if i don't use internet resource, i put references on the bottom of my work but still not enough, i really do not know what to do

I think your assessor may be returning the work because, when looking at the references you had supplied them, they feel that the work you have produced is too much like the original and not in your own words.
I may have misunderstood your question, but plagiarism is a serious matter and the assessor needs to know that you have a clear understanding and have put it in your own words with examples from your own work experience.
They ask for references so that they can check it is your work and not a copy of the referenced information whether its from a book or the internet.
