Hi,

Your Adult Safeguarding Policy and procedure is the first place to go. It will have the process that you must follow in such circumstances. It will follow your local Muti Agency Protocol for Safeguarding Adults Policy and Guidance
A safeguarding report should be sent to your Adult Safeguarding Unit and also to CQC if you are working in a regulated activity.
