You must refer to your company policy and procedure for Accidents and Incident reporting, which will cover the legal response required. The HSE website has lots of background info, but it's helpful if you work around a scenario for this. Another starting point is your Accident and Incident Log and forms which will give you insight into all types of Accidents and Incidents.
