Hi,
We always seem to fall short of a Good CQC rating in the Well-Led domain. We are in a rare position in that we job share as registered managers, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi David,
The handover mechanism is crucial, it should be written and any actions arising from the handover notes should be dealt with as soon as practicable. Joint supervision should also be considered as a good practice marker. Job descriptions should mirror the duties of the individuals and a good discussion around who should be responsible for what is the starting point. There should also be a seamless decision-making process and its vitally important that one does not undermine the others decisions. Clear responsibilities make it much easier in a job share.

Wendy
