Hi
2.1 Agree a personal development plan
2.1a Identify sources of support for your own learning and development.

This is asking you to think about what sources of support do you have and how effective they are. So this might be from your manager in supervision, appraisal, support from senior colleagues , other health care professionals etc. Or do you feel that you 'just get' on with your work without very much support.

So are the sources of support you have good, adequate etc….

Hope this helps

Kind regards

Suzi

Hi

Feedback is important as we need this to develop. We can't really be sure how we come across to people and its important to get constructive feedback so we can improve or change our approach to people, places and things.

Hope this helps

Kind regards

Suzi
