RMA - reflective accounts?

Hi All
I am a new Dom Care Manager and have just began my RMA. My assessor has asked me to produce a reflective account for my first unit - RM2. Has anyone got any tips or ideas on how to compose a great reflective account for this unit?

Write up how you within your job role meets this unit, ensuring it covers the PC and maybe some Knowledge EVidence.

Foe example, how do you manage significant life events for service users in your job? WHat significant life events have you managed or could do?

what policies and procedures would you refer to?

How have you managed such events and why?
