Hi you may meet GPs who refuse to visit people or other organisations who will not provide an assesses service, can you think of any incidents and how they were dealth with and relate this to your answer? What type of service do you work in?

Types of data: numerical, written, oral, visual. Secondary (i.e. indirectly), Primary.
Also need to differeiniate between fact and opinion and the importance fo clarifying each
Data needs to be accurate etc etc. look at d$ unit in RMA. That will help out.
