help and advice about L12 coaching!!!!

Please please please...someone must have some info or help and advice about L12 coaching!!!!
Think I need to set up a portfolio similar to how my NVQ3 was done but not sure...
Hopefully when do A1 will be more obvious what I need to do!!
ANY help welcome.....even if is just to be told to stop moaning and get on with it... lol

Hi. Unit L12: Enable individual learning through coaching.... my college is paying for my A1 course on condition I do L12 first.
