What is the purpose of supervision when involved in incidents and emergencies please

you could be effected by the incident or the emergancy depending on what it was, it is better to discuss issues if you feel that they are effecting the way you work or you feel stressed or distressed about the incident.

the purpose could be
for support/ feedback /reflection / how it can be prevented/risk reduced / a plan of action ect
