		Hi,i wonder if anyone can help me answer this question? i need to know what current local,uk and european legislation and organizational requirements procedures and practices applies to accessing records and information about an individuals communication, language needs and preferences!!!! Any ideas anyone PLEASE!!!!

		yep, you have the data protection act, human rights act and your company policies should include -confidentiality, communication and clients charter of rights.
